Im working in a marine company and we made an order with them for a 9 TON anchor chain. Before the quotation was closed the sales rep by the name of ALLAN HOW, was a nice smooth talker. With his words made me push his quotation up though the price wasn't that great, but his service and effort to check back every now and then with me really moved me. After confirmation with total amount of close to SGD$16k, his true colours shows. He is totally un negotiable. He demands things to be done his way, not the customers way. meaing in short customers must follow his words. he started to use high tone of voice and talk as if we are his slave. it may sound tedious but its true. its a total MISTAKE for me to choose this company to purchase. Or shall i say its a MISTAKE that he is employed in ZHENG DA. My advice to all is to avoid ZHENG DA as long as this ALLAN HOW is still working.

Hi all, It is my first time that I am writing a review regarding a service (restaurant, hotel or company). But what happened to me with this company I can't keep it for myself. If you need an Aircon cleaning DON'T CALL L1 COOLING AIRCONDITIONING & ENGINEERING even if the pricing is really low. In this case cheap means really BAD service! I had an appointment (that we agreed 1 month earlier bc the guy was apparently very very busy…even for replying to your sms, you have to chase him as crazy) with this company during my lunchtime to my place. Few days before the appointment I sent to the staff reminders in order to not forget our appointment. What happened? The guy never showed up (grrrrr). I tried to call him at least 30 times & dropped sms but no reply. Thus, 1 week later I dropped him a text asking why he did not come to my place as agreed & by the way that I was upset & will complain. The guy replied me so aggressively... that he gonna do a police report because I am trying to thread his company by complaining. He advised me to think twice before posting any complains. WTF ?! really….. shall we fight like this for aircon cleaning… Then he sent me another text saying that he knows my full address & to really think twice before raising any complains… THIS GUY IS CRAZY ….
